USABO Calculator Policy
Basic scientific or four-function calculator. Most questions involve conceptual reasoning, and any numerical calculations are simple and can be done without a calculator.
The Exam
The USABO Open and Semifinal exams are conducted online.
Open Exam runs for 50 minutes and consists of 50 multiple-choice questions.
Semifinal Exam runs for 120 minutes
